With Clients

When Operators share event information through the client portal, certain event details become accessible to the associated clients. Operators control what information is visible to their clients through portal settings and sharing permissions.

Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including hosting, analytics, payment processing, and customer support. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only for the purposes of providing their services to us.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights or safety, prevent fraud, or respond to a government request.
